Oh My Aching Butt!!!

I definitely worked my glutes!!!  So today is a cardio day. Monday, Wednesday, Friday is resistance training and Tuesday, Thursday is cardio. I also do a third cardio session either on Wednesday or Saturday.
I've been slowly trying to increase my stamina on the treadmill.  I started out at 20 minutes with a speed of 2.5 and an incline of 2 was exhausting.  Three weeks later I am at a constant speed of 3 and my incline starts at 2.5 and moves up to a 5 by 10 minutes into my workout of 30 minutes. The higher incline definitely works the glutes as I lay here typing I can feel my butt! Lol
